Music Ministry

Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church has had the very fortunate opportunity to experience God’ grace and infinite love through His wonderful music with the gifts and talents He has provided to each of us as listeners, performers, and participants in worship. The most important part of our Music Ministry is YOU, the congregation!

We have a tremendous variety of Music Ministry opportunities for every age and interest and are fortunate to have the support of a dedicated staff and volunteer lay persons to provide musical leadership and inspiration. Several music groups are available and we encourage individual singers and instrumentalists to perform for worship on occasion.

Give it a try! You will find great enjoyment and meaningful fellowship as we celebrate God’s gift of music! For more detailed information concerning rehearsal schedules and opportunities for involvement, contact Marta Ludwig in the church office (480-837-1763).

It’s great (and more fun) When YOU participate!

We owe a great debt of gratitude to our staff musicians:
  • Debbie Fisher, Director of Music
  • Dorothy Parris, Piano
  • Greg Fisher, Drums
  • Jon Trautman, Bass
  • Phil Katz, Saxophone

They provide musical leadership and inspiration for our various musical groups and worship services. In addition, our congregation should be very excited about the depth of volunteer musicians that participate in our Music Ministry throughout the year. They work together with the Pastor and Worship Unit to celebrate God’s gift of music and are demonstrating, first hand, the scripture from 1 Peter 4: 10…
“As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”
